Layout elements were being misidentified as XMSC because the Script check fired first in the regex fallback path. Layout is now checked before Script. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Layouts may contain scipt steps etc.
So check for layouts before scripts and steps
