Use this.sourceMap instead of query.sourceMap#25

Webpack already [gives us this.sourceMap](petehunt#19 (comment)), so we should use it. It will be `false` if user doesn't emit source maps in config.

This is important because this flag is Webpack's way of letting loaders know they need to emit source maps. We shouldn't force users to learn about a custom flag (and old users wouldn't look it up anyway). |
