This PR adds the ability to enable/disable auto-scrolling of the console logs by adding an
auto_scrollvariable to it, as well as a message handler to allow the setting to be modified at runtime from aQT GUI Msg CheckBoxwidget. The change is also reflected in the various example.grcfiles, along with a tiny improvement to the layout (carrier selector, part selector, and auto scroll checkbox on a same line).
