feat: Add Spanish translation for README (Supporting the mission)e

Added README.es.md with the Spanish translation of the main README.
Also added a link to the Spanish version in the main README.md.

By making these security audits accessible to the Spanish-speaking community, this contribution directly supports the mission to secure $1,000,000,000,000 worth of crypto assets by expanding the reach of this critical knowledge.
