-
Clone the repository
git clone https://github.com/yourusername/CollabGPT.git cd CollabGPT -
Create a virtual environment and install dependencies
python -m venv venv source venv/bin/activate # On Windows, use: venv\Scripts\activate pip install -r requirements.txt
-
Set up environment variables
cp .env.example .env
Edit the
.envfile with your configuration settings. -
Configure Google Docs API access
- Go to the Google Cloud Console
- Create a new project or select an existing one
- Enable the Google Docs API and Google Drive API
- Create OAuth credentials (or a service account if needed)
