This PR switches the Sidecar sequencer to use the new ereport derive macro.
There are a few drive-by changes:
$crate::__macro_support::countersin the generated code, because otherwise the#[derive(Counters)]proc-macro fails-Z macro-backtraceto our build script, because it would have made debugging the above easier
