  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR addresses the issue with the failing GitHub Actions due to bad credentials. The problem was identified to be in the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action in the lock-issue.yml workflow file.

The changes made ensure that the correct GitHub token is being used for authentication. If a custom token was being used, it has been replaced with the automatically created GITHUB_TOKEN. If the issue persists, it's likely that the custom token is not correctly set up in the repository's secrets.
