The Ulmo release was cut on 2026-10-30, per https://discuss.openedx.org/t/ulmo-master-branch-cutting-ceremony/17453, so the Ulmo release only contains changes through then.
@feoh I think this date was inadvertently changed in #1384. While Ulmo.1 was released in January, we need to be careful to understand that the release itself only contains changes through the cut, which was in October.
