Summary

  • format durable ClawSweeper review comments with emoji badge, headline, focused body, and footer metadata
  • keep existing markers, review details, provenance, evidence, and ClawSweeper signature
  • update durable comment tests and router section extraction for old and new headings

  • pnpm run build
