This change prunes the workspace section so aggressively that after @app/address-service the lockfile jumps straight to @app/condo, dropping descriptors for 24 still-present apps (for example @app/billing-connector, @app/callcenter, and @app/resident-app). That leaves yarn.lock in a focused/partial state instead of describing all apps/* workspaces, so full-repo installs will try to rewrite the lockfile and immutable CI installs will fail.
