This builds on top of the starter kit in the
mainbranchA run through of the official Wagtail Getting Started Guide
Each commit roughly follows the steps in the Wagtail Getting Started Guide from this section and adds html tags necessary to pick up the Pico css styling.
This work won't be merged to main but will be rebased over time to capture starter kit improvements.
