Adds .nsignore file for skipping over certain files in listing endpoint.

Hi @Chizaram-Igolo. Thank you for your interest in contributing to the Nightshift. However, I'm not sure this is what was meant by the original issue. The original issue was to create a .nsignore reader that would detect this file in a workspace and used to tell nightshift to ignore those files when deploying and also when hitting the workspace endpoint for getting back a list of files in the workspace from the server.

Hi @tensor-ninja. Thank you for the clarification. I will add in the .nsignore reader file and remove the .nsignore file from the branch and get back to this PR, if it's not been submitted already by another contributor before I'm done.
