initial pass on adding integration test capability to snapblue

Short description of the changes:

To run integration tests you will first need to download the data from the new submodule:

git submodule update --init --recursive

I believe the above should work.

Then to run the integration test you:

1. activate the SNAPBlue env
2. exec snapblue_env=integration_test python -m pytest -m "datarepo and integration"
