Parametrise Integration Tests

TODOs:

• Make sure the tests run faster / do not idle requesting the tiles.
• Combine snapshot tests together where possible.
• Enable the second view to initialise with the first view's parameters when opened.
• Make sure to eliminate the issues with locating editor dialogue due to attach to body property.
• Use dark mode
• Use full page for snapshots for visual appeal.
• Add projection change, style change (and perspective change) to the multi-view snapshot.
• Possibly highlight selected locators.

Fixes:

• Encode open state in the dialogLayouts state. Remove the unneeded open states.
• Prevent the dialogs from jumping after opening (open at the restored position immediately).
• Dialogs won't resize any more.
• Remove state JSON opened editor state from the state JSON.
• Make sure that the state JSON editor is inaccessible in visualisation-only mode.
• Fix Failed to read inspection model for selected feature: {"panelId":-3,"mapTileKey":"Features:... errors.
