Epidemic Modelling - SIR workshop

Workshop is comprised of two notebooks:

1. Introduction to the SIR model, sensitivity analysis (local with TensorFlow and global with SALib)
2. 4D-Var methodology, epidemic modelling and prediction for New Zealand cases

Required dependencies in requirements.txt

master branch contains filled notebooks with solutions, where class-version branch is prepared with blank fields (tasks) to be completed by students.
