Summary

• add Windows daemon/client transport support
• add a Windows process-backed session fallback so pilotty can run on Windows
• update CI, release packaging, npm launcher, and docs for Windows builds

Verification

• cargo test
• cargo build --release
• verified pilotty.exe runs on Windows and can spawn, snapshot, and send input

Notes

• Windows support is documented as experimental for full-screen TUI parity
