Add missing spellIDs for Hearth/Teleport situation

Add missing spellIDs for the Hearth/Teleport situation:

• Return from Home (the spell that replaces the teleport to the Housing zone, it returns you to the zone from which you teleported),
• Naaru's Enfold (Hearthstone, in-game store paid cosmetic, included in the Classic TBC bundle),
• Key to the Arcantina (Midnight toy teleport to that new funky tavern).

I've made separate commits at different times and left them as such because I tend to prefer atomic commits but let me know if you prefer it squashed into a single one instead and I will do it.
