Add Python script for MONTINODE Excel generation

[Copilot]

Adds Python script to generate multi-sheet Excel file containing MONTINODE proprietary data structures across 4 categories: core kernel processes, AI neural functions, blockchain financial ops, and hardware surveillance.

Changes

• generate_monti_excel.py: Script generates MONTINODE_MASTER_ALGORITHM.xlsx with 4 sheets containing structured data for kernel processes (K01-K05), AI functions (A01-A05), blockchain operations (B01-B05), and hardware surveillance (H01-H04)
• requirements.txt: Python dependencies (pandas, openpyxl)
• .gitignore: Excludes Python artifacts and generated Excel files

Usage

pip install -r requirements.txt
python3 generate_monti_excel.py

Outputs timestamped console logs and generates Excel file with proper sheet structure and column formatting.
