默认不开启硬解，这个配置仅兼容核显，独显gpu就不行了，而且这一套硬解的确意义不大，硬解与302直链功能冲突 |

可以加入dockerfile中注释掉，方便开启，独显的也可以映射进去的加速的， --gpus '"device=0"' 就可以映射独显，映射之前需要安装独显驱动 |
