Re-enables previously skipped client-side encryption spec/prose tests that exercise large BSON payload behavior, undoing the server-version-based skip introduced as a workaround for mongocryptd failures.
Changes:
- Removes the
skipIfServerVersion('>=', '7.0.29', ...)guard from the BSON size limits/batch splitting prose test. - Removes the same skip from the BSON corpus prose test.
