Added some more docstrings to help people migrating from v1 to v2 api keys. Trying to make clearer that it'll be only v2 api keys and disposable tokens going forward and be more precise with our language (auth tokens vs api keys).

Note: the AuthClient generateApiKey method creates only v1 api keys, I assume we'll revisit the AuthClient later for v2-related updates all at once so leaving some examples on v1
