This pull request introduces new content and configuration for the "AI With Confluent On Azure" What The Hack (WTH) and adds comprehensive authoring guidelines for WTH content. The major changes include documentation for coaches, solution guides for each challenge, a devcontainer configuration to streamline student setup, and a detailed authoring assistant guide to ensure content compliance with WTH standards.
