The role name here is inconsistent with the rest of this guide (line 31 references Role Based Access Control Administrator) and with docs/AzureAccountSetup.md, which uses the official Azure built-in role name. Consider updating this row to Role Based Access Control Administrator (instead of "Admin") to avoid confusing users searching for the role in Azure Portal.
