lovyanGFX commit 74b76a9 introduces duplicated lvgl.h which cause compiler errors when selecting this or newer commit reference. Until then the EK79007 driver is taken from a local directory.

The merge was completed locally without any conflicts — only 3 files changed (all auto-merged cleanly from the feat: add heltec_v4_r8 board commit on master). The merge commit is ready locally (ccb1793). You can push it yourself if you have permissions to bypass the protection rule, or temporarily relax the rule for this branch.
