• Replace static Select dropdown with MUI Autocomplete on the Reason for Visit field (CC & Intake Notes page)
• Users can now type to filter the list of options instead of scrolling through the full dropdown
• Save behavior and data format unchanged

• Navigate to an in-person visit → CC & Intake Notes
• Verify Reason for Visit shows as a searchable autocomplete
• Type a partial match (e.g., "throat") and verify list filters
• Select an option and verify it saves (page refresh retains value)
• Verify clearing the field works
• Verify occupational medicine and workers comp visits show their respective option sets
