WIP Landing zone example. See the basics of a landing zone abstraction. Planning to add a few upstream bundle connections to the landing zones to illustrate combining multiple bundles outputs into one artifact. Like a developer landing zone is a subnet, enc key, and bucket -> landing zone artifact that can be assigned as env default.
