Non-Commercial Use License

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the User (hereinafter referred to as "User") and Marcel Gheorghe Becheanu (hereinafter referred to as "Owner") as of the date of use.

1. Permissions:
The Owner hereby grants the User a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the software provided by the Owner ("Software") solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. This includes the right to use, copy, and distribute the Software, provided that all copyright notices and this license are retained.

2. Restrictions:
Commercial use of the Software is strictly prohibited without obtaining a separate commercial license from the Owner. Any commercial use without the appropriate license constitutes a violation of copyright law and is subject to legal action.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Software is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Owner disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The User acknowledges that the use of the Software is at their own risk, and the Owner shall not be liable for any damages arising from such use, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.

4. Jurisdiction and Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any questions regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be exclusively referred to the courts located in Setúbal, Portugal.

By using the Software, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
