MAILSTERMIND a program that uses intelligence and expertise to manage email communication effectively
Project developed for the university subject - Project III - data analysis. Its goal is to create the tool that will facilitate writing of e-mails, increase the probability of getting the positive response. The model will analyse the e-mail in case of multiple factors. Such as:
- Time of sending an e-mail
- Vocabulary used in the e-mail
- length/complexity of the mail
- Subject of the e-mail
- Sentiment analysis will be applied to improve its quality
