The driver now detects this state and forces a rollback internally.

Update go.work when raising the server's Go version

Changing apps/server/go.mod to go 1.25.0 breaks the workspace as committed, because go.work is still pinned to 1.24.0. I checked go test ./apps/server/... from the repo root and it now fails before compiling with module apps/server listed in go.work file requires go >= 1.25.0. That also blocks CI/release, since .github/workflows/ci.yml:19-28 and .github/workflows/release.yml:20-23 both provision Go from go.work and run root-level Go commands.
