Bioinformatics Researcher | 🧬 Genomics | 💻 Biostatistics

About Me

I'm a postdoctoral researcher interested in bioinformatics, biostatistics, disease genetics, lipidomics and metabolomics. Currently, I am performing GWAS and survival analysis of Inflammatory Bowel Disease in FinnGen.

My PhD project was analyzing the genetic architecture of the human plasma lipidome and its link to disease risk.
