chore: generate vcluster config partials for 0.33 alpha#1776

The sync-config-schema automation skips alpha releases by design, so partials for v0.33.0-alpha.0 were never generated. This manual run updates the configsrc schema files and regenerates MDX partials to reflect the k3s distro removal and datasource example updates. Platform configsrc schema also updated but platform partials not regenerated (PR #1663 for preserving manual content is still open). Closes DEVOPS-622

Manually generate vCluster config partials for v0.33.0-alpha.0. The sync-config-schema automation skips alpha releases by design, so partials were never generated for the 0.33 release line. This updates configsrc schema files from the latest vcluster main branch and regenerates MDX partials.
