An application to help homeowner's assocations keep track of homeowners, their outstanding issues, and message them automatically until those issues are resolved.

How It Works:

Sing Up / Login / Residents List

• The user (HOA Admin) signs up for an account
• The user then signs into the account where they are presented with a list of residents or can start to create a list by clicking the add button.
• Once signed in list of residents is displayed

Adding a Resident:

• Click the Add Resident button to add a resident to the list.
• Input name, address, email, phone number
• New resident then appears in the list

Send Message to Multiple Residents

Select which residents you'd like to send a message to and send an email to the email on file.

Viewing Resident Information

• Clicking on a resident's name in the list displays their information
  • Here you can do the following:
    • Update their contact information
    • Notify them of a HOA violation
    • Delete the entry
    • See if they've been notified of a violation
    • Wether or not HOA fee has ben payed
    • If their information has been confirmed by the resident
