README.md (590 lines) covers the frontend and basic setup but never mentions the kc-agent component, MCP bridge, AI providers, or the WebSocket architecture.

What I expected:
Architecture documentation should cover all major subsystems.

1. Read README.md — no mention of kc-agent, MCP, or AI integration
2. New contributors have no visibility into backend architecture
