This is an update to fix missing networking in the previous 0.286

• Includes MAME 0.286
• MAME (and I) switched from SDL2 to SDL3.
• Added some missing roms to the rom list.
• Added experimental A2retroNET support.

A2retroNET is a Super Serial Card that also supports 8 prodos/smartport disk images.
It's probably the easiest and simplest way to use a large number of disk images.
You might want to back up your disk images just in case though.
