Introduction
This HEP proposes to setup a presentation area in the hackerspace to enable talks, presentations and workshops. It scopes itself to the bare minimums: projector, projection screen and blackout curtains. We can follow up this HEP with seating, audio equipment and acoustic treatment later and if seems necessary.

Why TV and not a projector?
TV comes with built-in quality audio system. TV has smaller footprint in the room. TV has better quality image. TV has darker blacks and crisper text (this would make pair-programming / mob-programming easier).
Big TVs became cheaper (thanks to chinese brands like TCL and IFFALCON)
** What size? **
I propose buying at least 75 inches. 85 is better. 95 is not necessarily better if 4K, can be better in 8K but would be drastically more expensive.
I am more inclined to get a 85 inch but 75 has really good price point too.
** Which TV? **

Hmm, chairs?
Yeah, we need chairs for events, but in the beginning I thought we can always ask people to bring their own chairs and use the portable seating options available in the space. But I believe seating is important and I don't have strong opinions when leaving it out. Let me know if you think chairs should be included within this HEP.
