GitHub Discussions is not enabled on kagenti/adk; the link https://github.com/kagenti/adk/discussions returns 404. Remove the dead link, leaving the GitHub Issues link for support. Fixes: kagenti#206 Signed-off-by: Gloire Rubambiza <gloire@ibm.com>
