I think we use makefile modules now instead of the SLSA github action (same for the SBOMS).

The README is very out of date ("Jetstack Secure" and "Venafi Kubernetes Agent" are both out of date names now).
This PR removes a lot of the old info, hopefully making the repo less confusing to visitors.
