Computes composite quality score from error rate (30%), autonomy (25%), tool diversity (20%), completion (15%), and efficiency (10%). Displays A-F grade badge on sessions in InboxView and DashboardView. Adds 'Highest quality' sort option.
21 new tests. All 588 tests pass.
Closes #63
