Fix timing print

Major bug fix to the time that was printed for execution. The issue was fixed by switching from clock() to gettimeofday() and a wrapper.

Tested on ubuntu, iOS, and macOS

Attached binary is compiled for macOS and iOS, 32 and 64 bit each

Code is portable C, and has been compiled and tested on Ubuntu 16.04
