+ suppress warnings about this being a big repo in vscode
…the canvas, and add shortcuts for them. there's still 1 manual control for a duplicates panel that has its own flipping left over outside Canvas, but it's not tied to a shortcut.
… repositioned. Add user options to control the fuzziness of window rescue (FORGIVE_FRAME_GUBBINS_FUZZY_PADDING) and checkboxes to control this behaviour granularly between all and only media viewer windows
