Generalize to N channels, where N=16 is a file constant. Simplify loop-exit logic. Improve clarity of loop timing. Only loop over RC value updates, not all channels. Remove an impossible if-condition and an unnecessary intermediate var. Clarify that self.speedup is not intended to change mid-test. Provide typehints for instance vars related to rc_thread.
