Adds testing of subdomain subsites.

Failing as expected

There was 1 failure:
1) SiteCest: Test I want to manage my network sites.
 Test  ../packages/cms/tests/acceptance/SitesCest.php:testSitesManagementActions
 Step  See "Test Subdomain Site"
 Fail  Failed asserting that on page /
--> 404 page not found
--> contains "Test Subdomain Site".

Scenario Steps:

 35. $I->see("Test Subdomain Site") at ../packages/cms/tests/acceptance/SitesCest.php:72
