This PR refactors the use of the Ginkgos combination matrix so that a combination matrix can be initialised with a standard Ginkgo. Furthermore, it makes the update of the multigrid preconditioner via update values optional. To use the update values version of the multigrid preconditioner compile with the cmake flag
-DGINKGO_WITH_OGL_EXTENSIONS=ON.
