Now that we don't support Node 18, we can get rid of globstar and use node again for running tests. 🎉🎉🎉

unfortunately node v20 doesnt have globs nor experimental-strip-types :-( |

For now I'm leaving Node 18 compatible syntax in the actual codebase though (import.meta.dirname and Object.groupBy workarounds).
