Hello, I've found no contributing guidelines for this repo, so don't know where to start :( Here is the patch that adds support of Yandex Cloud Lockbox provider (secret storage of one of the CIS and Eastern Europe largest cloud infrastructure provider) If there are some other steps I should do, please let me know, it's one of my first open-source contributions |

The provider increases binary size by 30% (42MiB), see #1055 It would be nice if yclockbox could be reduced somehow. |
