do_dry_run: log each io_u's ddir/offset/len/file via dprint(FD_IO). log_io_piece: log the newly allocated ipo pointer along with its offset/len/numberio/file so callers can trace exactly what piece gets recorded. https://claude.ai/code/session_01UchTMu7uXkW4Tii7M722uT
