Added some metrics and changed a few things

Hi,

I updated the bitcoind_ munin plugin a bit. Added a few metric and did a few changes:

• removed fees
• Added relayfee
• Added paytxfee
• Added score
• Added blocks
• Set #!/usr/bin/env to python2 (My system defaults to python3 (Arch), this should make it a bit more robust in backwards compatibility)
• Moved config under rpc connection, because i needed a few bitcoind rpc values to config the new graphs
• Plus a few code changes to be able to print the outputs with the same code blocks as used for the existing labels and values.
