This PR deals with the migration of the existing Barricade project where previously, the main project language was Java which has now been completely migrated to Kotlin, and instead of JavaPoet, we are now using Kotlin Symbol Processing (a.k.a. KSP) which is up to 2x faster when compared to previous technologies.
