The infringing repository is a direct copy of our original work, which was stored in our private [private] repository and deployed on our official website. No authorization was granted to the uploader to copy, modify, or redistribute this code.

We are submitting this notice on our own behalf as the copyright owner.

The copyrighted work is the proprietary source code of the ApilageAI educational platform, developed and owned by ApilageAI Pvt Ltd since August 2024.

This work includes our original backend architecture, API services, database interaction logic, authentication systems, AI processing pipelines, frontend application code, configuration files, and deployment scripts.

The source code was maintained in a private [private] [private] and deployed on our official website. It was never released publicly or licensed for redistribution.

The work represents original software developed by our company and is protected under copyright law as an unpublished proprietary computer program.
