This PR adds/updates Spanish (es) translations for the course Markdown content and sample assets generated by Co-op Translator under translations/ and translated_images/.
Changes:
- Adds Spanish translations for course chapters (00–07) and appendices.
- Adds Spanish translations for repo meta docs (README, GLOSSARY, SUPPORT, SECURITY, CONTRIBUTING, CODE_OF_CONDUCT, AGENTS).
- Adds Spanish translations for sample README/agent/skill templates and updates translation manifests (
.co-op-translator.json).
